WHOOPS, we did it again! And are SO fully thankful. Wedding Homecoming '22 was AMAZING for sure!

I'm so excited that even Vance with the Dance is in this year's picture! Clearly we had a fun loving crowd, and certainly missed those who said they were coming and didn't. (really, brides? After my RSVP lectures for YOUR wedding? :)) No matter, it was tremendous. Gifts were given for the longest travelled, longest married at the chapel and newest marrieds from the chapel. So many great connections were made. Vance did a bang-up job of playing each couple's song and providing a play list that was out of this world. The dance floor was rocking, to be sure. It's such a wonderful chance to get to see our returning champions at least once a year. I didn't even wake up too torn down (thanks, "Cheers" tablets!) but did hit the bed while Vance and Mrs. Boss were putting the final touches on putting the chapel to bed. Many thanks go out of our hearts for Lisa, Emma Grace and Chloe, who made sure guests had everything they needed. The kitchen was spotless this morning. Elena will be here to deal with the aftermath tomorrow, but it doesn't look too bad down there at all. What a treat that we have so many brides and grooms who want to come and hang together years after their wedding. I keep telling Mrs. Boss, it's a sign we're certainly doing something right! We've truly been blessed. Lot's of cake, pizza, fruit and veg left over today if anyone's hungry....just let us know and we'll open the gate for you. It's also always so fun when a 'first time' couple gets to come and be part of the fun for their very first year. Everyone looked so nice and so freshly scrubbed! I even took a bath!!!!! Blessings to all of our wonderful brides and grooms, those present and those absent. All of you have given Miss Denise and I a tremendous sense of pride, accomplishment and appreciation for many years now. Thanks!
