We get to see some brides and grooms all the time, and it's really fun! Supper at Hettie and Chad's last was no exception. They're house is coming along beautifully, and it's fun to be involved!

So many creative ideas are being put into the beautiful residence for Chad and Hettie. They're doing the house on their own, and it's clearly a labor of love. Design elements are coming together beautifully, and the views are absolutely tremendous! Such a perfect setting and gorgeous vistas over the 'valley-ette' sweeping away from their house. The kitchen is almost finished, and we know that Hettie is ready to be done with the whole project, but it's been one of those great opportunities for both of them to work together in compromise and agreement in how things progress. It's lovely, and always fun to get to visit and try new foods and see how far the project has gone!

Otherwise, we're about 1.5 hours away from working together for an hour on this weekend's wedding setup. All will be finished in time, and it's fun to watch it come together with the new linen color for this weekend. Loving the ideas and the execution of the whole gig. Delightful bride and groom makes all the difference as well.

I've got good snacks down at the chapel, so that keeps the work rolling along nicely. Having podcasts to listen to while we work makes the time really fly quickly!
