Some days, you work very hard to make a bride's event absolutely perfect. Then on other days, you have a bride who hosts you for a full-scale pedicure as a special gift. Is that incredible or what?

Absolutely amazing. We went to Estelle's in Temple, and Jolene got me the full scale package to include parafin! It was amazing and very relaxing. Ciaran got her nails done, so it was a group event. Mrs. Boss was gone, so it seemed like a good time to have some nails ground off the old man's feet! Thank you, Jolene! After that, we got Poppa Murphy's pizza and made it at her house. Wrapped the adventure up with "Miss Congeniality" on the TV. Fun times!

Bible study last night was incredible. We're hoping for a few others to join us, but we had 6 souls on board for the Max Lucado adventure, and Bryan did another outstanding job of leading the group, despite driving all the way home from Utopia. It was excellent! April even made some of the folks really cool knitted scarves. She's so danged talented!

Elena came today and made the chapel sparkle! We're so appreciative. Gearing up for the Slice of Heaven fundraiser on March 16! Wooohooo! AND we have Fat Tuesday between now and then!
