Some brides are NOT dry clean only! Jolene is always up for a day on the boat, and Belton Lake was FINALLY open! Had a wonderful time. Brides and grooms stick with the chapel for fun in the sun!
Unfortunately our youngest passenger on board had his eyes closed, but the Lake Belton experience was wonderful. Going on a Friday was a tremendous advantage in the non-crowded boat ramp department, and Ryan says that Union Grove is now open for the ramp, but was really busy on the weekend. Love having special brides and grooms join us afloat. Just another aquatic testament to the friendships that get made at the chapel. Such fun!
Cannot wait to meet a bride and groom this evening. They're coming to see if this is the place, and we hope it will be! We're sure enjoying setup for Laura's shower this weekend, and we'll have another great wedding just around the corner.
Front posts are fixed a la Clemente, and Todd's going to transition us into oil field pipe when this one rots out. It's so weird. We don't get all that much rain, but the post on the right seems to rot out sooner, rather than later. I sprayed a wasp nest on the portico the other day, and Clemente says they're back. Non-chapel customers are NOT welcome, even if they have wings!
Have a wonderful week, try your very best, and be appreciative of everything that happens to you. God is in control and loves you! Later, chapelmeisters!
