This photo indicates that something VERY serious is going on here. Two women who are designers and collaborators from the same family with their Texas Cadillacs lined up to set up a charity event. Get the h*** out of the way, there's some serious decorating 'bidness' going on here! We're so thrilled to be hosting the Garden of Hope 'Mingle for a Cause' fundraiser on September 22, and hope you'll join us. It's going to be great, and we'll be posting more information soon. Put it on your calendar for that day from 6-8pm and help this foster child agency out, won't you? *Suburban, Tahoe, Denali or Escalade not required...............but preferred. :)

Otherwise, the chapel is being occupied by none other than our original best man from our wedding in 1986. He's come down from the heathern country of Oklahoma to grace our place, and we're loving every minute of it! Book club is tonight with the cake baked and the taters roasted! We can't even begin to express how thrilled we are to have him here, and his son Ryan and family will be joining us for supper tomorrow night. Cannot wait!
