Another slightly-blurry glimpse into an absolutely magical wedding theme and display. Talented!
This entry hall display was like no other we've seen at the chapel in 170 weddings. Creative, homespun, well-displayed and theme perfect. Pulp western never looked so good. Karen found the time in the last week leading up to the wedding to sew 29 pillows as take-home gifts for guests. The other guests got vintage western paperbacks from an enamelware bowl or some 'happy trails" trail mix bags. This bride and her mamma never stopped coming up with creative, theme-related ideas, and then actually EXECUTED them! The vintage suitcase display made it all come together so beautifully. We've even received the "Jolene and Kitty" patterned fabric pillow for the bride's room to remember this special event for years to come. Well done, ladies, and it was a rootin', tootin' excellent good time. Taylor was a little concerned that I might show her up with my outstanding "Tombstone" coat ensemble, but clearly she had nothing to worry about. I couldn't have rocked all that shiny fringe, bling encrusted hat and completely bejewelled dancing boots. Amazing look and just right for this special bride and her man.
Ok, well, I've got to run, since it's massage time at the old corral! Have a great day, and get ready for a wonderful weekend! Blessings on you!
