Another amazing Fat Tuesday is in the books! Had a wonderful turnout, and really enjoyed watching "Chocolat" all over again! Amazing food from everyone's kitchens made the celebration special, too!

We love Fat Tuesday, but more for the transition to Lent than the party. The party is always wonderful, too, so it's a win-win! There wasn't a non-incredible dish being presented, and we ate like little piggies! Fun times, and we so appreciate having everyone here for the celebration. Jolene even included Mary's "Chocolat" plate in the photo! It was cooler having it out with nothing on it so that you could see the design, rather than having it covered with food...

The windy day yesterday was amazing at the chapel. Not only did one table flip over and break the lamp on top of it, but the old, wooden barrel on the front porch fell over, and when we tried to pick it up, it fell into about 20 pieces! :) We're going to save the wood for projects or cool signage projects. I have a feeling we'll put something else just right on the porch to replace it, since it's a fun place to have things, and mighty handy when you're unlocking the front door.

Washed up all the Fat Tuesday glassware this morning, and still need to put the projector away. Many thanks to Stacy for providing the film and computer to watch it! It worked out really great.
